Introduction

2. Continuous monitoring of temperature, Two temperature choice(56℃ and lowtemperature 37℃). Six sides heating,temperature uniformity and reliable,keep the selectedtemperature + 2 ℃ temperature range. The sterilization process will be automatic alarm ifthe temperature sensor detected the temperature shift target.

3. Single dose sterilization gas-tank. Independent package small dose ethylene oxide gas tank,no additional cable and filter. The ethylene oxide gas can be release into sterilizer inside chamber safelyand directly. After the condition reached,the sterilizer will automatic puncture gas tank and releasesterilizing agent. After sterilization process completed,gas tank can be disposed as an ordinary medicalwaste which ventilation with other sterilization items finished,convenient and safe.

4. 100% pure ethylene oxide system, sterilization gas is 100% pure EO gas,not includeenvironmental damage item(Freon) and HCFC(Hydrogenated freon),does not destroy theatmosphere. Sterilant final breakdown products is carbon dioxide and water. Eco-Friendly.

5. Whole-process negative pressure sterilization procedures, The whole sterilizationprocess under negative pressure,completely avoid the EO gas leak from sterilizer,avoid stafftouch EO gas. Negative state of the sterilization process, cooperate with small dose of tanksand precise machinery proportion of sterilization chamber design, also greatly reduces the riskof combustion and explosion of ethylene oxide.

7. Safety door latch, Once sterilization procedure starts, sterilizer chamber will bemechanical locked at the same time. Only after the sterilizer inside chamberethylene oxide was discharged effectively,and the pressure of inside chamber returned tonormal pressure state, the sterilizer door can be opened only,this can ensure that no EO gasleakage and wrong operation during sterilization process.

8. Gas leak precheck / interrupt performance, when sterilization process start,thesterilization system will automatic detect the pressure level of sterilizer inside chamber,toensure the pressure meet requirement. It cannt go into the sterilizer inside chamber if the pressure canntmeet effective negative pressure state,and procedure will automatic flush and error alarm.

9. Unique memory function, it can keep in mind the sterilization information after powerfailure,and the machine will automatic continue to work after power recover, do not to rebootthe machine.
